New people taking a first step.
The 300 summer visitors are part of the 450+ total—a season within the bigger story.
Several ways to get to know the church.
A person considering church has questions. A clear invitation, a welcoming website and a chance to hear from the pastor give them somewhere to begin.
CCM began working with beacon in 2025. This case brings together three parts of the church’s marketing: the path to a first visit, the people and message on video, and a local Plan Your Visit invitation.
For a prospective guest, those pieces connect. They can find the practical details, get a feel for the church and see a clear next step. Explore how that experience comes together at beacon.
An invitation people responded to.
beacon’s Plan Your Visit campaign gives local people a way to respond to the invitation. Here is what Meta Ads Manager reports for the campaign.

A more direct path to planning a visit.
Put the invitation where a guest can find it, then help them picture the visit. The homepage brings that next step together with a welcome video and practical information.

More ways to meet the people behind the message.
Longer teaching, a welcome video and shorter content give people different ways to hear the message and get to know beacon.

Give the content a clear purpose.
A welcome, a useful answer and an encouraging short video serve different needs. Start with what the viewer receives. Explore the Entertain, Educate, Encourage framework as you choose your next format.
Connect the invitation to its next step.
Make the message and its destination agree, then review responses separately from actual attendance. The Plan Your Visit advertising chapter explains how to think through the invitation, offer and destination.

00:00 — Summer visitors
We've doubled in size, and including this summer, we've seen 300 new visitors in the summer in Denver, and that never happened.
00:07 — Church background
So we planted our church about seven years ago, and for the first five years we relied exclusively on word of mouth. But about two years ago, I knew that as a pastor we needed help to get the word out about what God was doing in our city through our little church.
00:21 — Looking for marketing support
And I had met with dozens of agencies who only did one or two things at a time. They—sometimes people were just doing Google Ad Grants or SEO or graphic design or video posting or ads or branding or websites. And the problem was, if I hired them all I'd have been spending tens of thousands of dollars, and none of them were willing to talk to each other.
00:42 — One agency and a holistic approach
What we needed was like one agency who could do everything for us, who could catch our vision and understand what God was doing clearly, and then take a holistic approach to helping spread the word, and CCM did that for us.
00:54 — Rebranding and an online presence
We hired in January of this year, and in eight months we've completely rebranded. We have a huge online presence across all of our platforms, and the proof is in the pudding.
01:05 — Reported growth
We've doubled in size, and including this summer, we've seen 300 new visitors in the summer in Denver, and that never happens, and it's because of what CCM has been doing for us.
Sources, reporting scope and what the figures mean
Visitor results: CCM confirms 450+ new visitors since its partnership with beacon began in 2025, as of October 2026. The pastor’s 2026 testimonial reports 300 new visitors during the summer. CCM confirms that this means summer 2026 and that those visitors are included within the 450+ total. The two visitor figures are not added together or treated as the same measure as ad form results.
Campaign evidence: the Denver beacon account and PYV 2026 campaign selection were checked directly in Meta Ads Manager on October 25, 2026. The Maximum reporting window was September 25, 2023–October 25, 2026. The campaign overview shows 1,218 Leads (Form), $6,116.12 spent and $5.02 Per Lead (Form). A reporting window does not mean ads ran continuously throughout it. January’s separate reporting slice is not added to these totals.
What a form result means: Leads (Form) is Meta’s reported result label. It does not establish deduplicated people, qualified inquiries, booked visits, completed visits, membership, giving or ROI. Ad spend is not divided by the separate visitor counts to calculate a cost per attendee.
Instagram video views: the sermon clip displayed 1.1M views and the reaction video displayed 137K views on C.B. Barthlow’s Instagram Reels page on October 25, 2026. The exact original-post links were matched to those view-count tiles. Counts are rounded as Instagram displays them.
Website and channel views: the church provided the earlier and later images. Exact capture dates have not been independently verified; channel counts are reproduced as displayed and 1.05K is rounded. The comparisons illustrate presentation and content rather than a controlled conversion test, a timed growth calculation or CCM’s sole contribution. The later website footer credits Creative Church Marketing. The testimonial is presented as a 2026 account; no exact recording date is assigned.
