Sources and reporting scope
Pastor Jim’s testimonial: Pastor Jim Scott’s 2025 video supplies the attendance and baptism statements. At 0:00–0:15, he contrasts an earlier average of roughly 90 with reaching 200 on five occasions by May, ahead of a September goal. This is an attendance milestone, not a later average of 200. He reports 22 baptisms at approximately 0:25; no timeframe is assigned here. His church outcomes and social-discovery observations are testimony, separate from platform conversion measurements.
Annual church report: Awaken’s 2025 ChurchPOP record reports weekly worship attendance of 212 and 39 baptisms. The report is church-submitted and separate from the earlier testimonial. The attendance field permits a last-Sunday figure when a weekly average is unavailable, so it is labeled reported attendance here. The annual baptism total is not added to the testimonial’s 22.
Meta advertising: Meta Ads Manager was set to Maximum, October 6, 2023–November 6, 2026, with results shown at the Ads level. The three video ads sum to 168 Leads (Form) and $2,090.60 in media spend; spend divided by form leads gives $12.44, rounded. The photo ad’s 4 Meta leads and $167.25 are a distinct result type and are excluded from that form-lead total. The two earlier video ads in the results table have small samples of three and one form leads. Media spend excludes CCM’s fees; ad responses are separate from confirmed visits.
Google Ad Grant: The account’s All time view, July 1, 2023–November 6, 2026, reports 868 clicks, 8,605 impressions and $11,885.92 in cost. PMAX | PYV accounts for 822 clicks and $11,468.43; [CCM] Oak Ridge Churches accounts for 46 clicks and $417.49. The reporting window is not the grant activation period. The grant was approved and went live September 11, 2025; the account was paused for verification at capture. The monthly allowance is in-kind advertising credit, and reported cost is grant advertising used.
Social content: The selected Facebook graphic’s native lifetime insights, checked November 6, 2026, show 6,022 views, 3,881 viewers, 98 engagements, five shares and 97.8% of views from non-followers. Instagram uses Agorapulse’s lifetime post counters checked the same day: the Easter graphic reports organic reach of 9,520 and nine engagements; the Reel reports organic reach of 1,157, 181 engagements and 39 shares. Instagram’s paid counters are zero for these examples. Publication dates identify the posts rather than measurement windows. Views, viewers, reach and engagement are distinct platform measures.
Website and service scope: Onboarding began September 4, 2024, and the CCM-built website went live November 21, 2024. This case study covers the website, content, social channels and advertising. Current screenshots and their capture dates are identified alongside the images.
