First Month Satisfaction Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

At Creative Church Marketing, we stand behind the services we provide and are confident in our ability to help your church grow its online presence and attract new visitors. That’s why we offer a First Month Satisfaction Guarantee for new clients.

Please review the following terms carefully, as they govern eligibility and execution of this guarantee.


1. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the First Month Satisfaction Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

a. First-Time Client

  • The guarantee is only available to first-time clients of Creative Church Marketing.

  • Returning clients, past subscribers, or individuals signing up on behalf of churches that have previously worked with our agency are not eligible.

b. Church Growth Package

  • The guarantee only applies to clients who sign up for our Church Growth Package, which is billed at $997/month.

  • Clients enrolled in other packages, discounted plans, or custom agreements are not eligible.

c. Minimum Ad Spend Requirement

  • Clients must launch a paid advertising campaign through Creative Church Marketing during the first month.

  • A minimum ad spend of $500 must be allocated to this campaign.

  • This budget is paid directly to the advertising platform (e.g., Facebook/Meta, Instagram) and is non-refundable under any circumstance.


2. Refund Scope and Amount

If eligible, the maximum refund amount is $997, representing the service fee for the Church Growth Package.

  • Ad spend is not refundable, as it is paid to third-party platforms outside our control.

  • No partial refunds will be provided for incomplete months, missed meetings, or unused deliverables.


3. Request Process

To receive a refund under this guarantee, the following steps must be completed:

a. Refund Request Timing

  • The client must submit a written refund request within the first 30 calendar days from the start date of their service.

  • Requests submitted after 30 days from the start date are not eligible.

b. Submission Method

  • All refund requests must be sent via email to: chat@creativechurchmarketing.com

  • The email should include:

    • Church name and point of contact

    • Reason for dissatisfaction

    • Confirmation that you met the eligibility criteria

c. Refund Processing

  • Upon review and confirmation of eligibility, the refund of $997 will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • We reserve the right to verify campaign performance, service delivery, and ad spend details prior to issuing any refund.


4. Disqualification and Abuse

We reserve the right to deny a refund under this guarantee in the following cases:

  • If campaign deliverables were not approved or delayed due to lack of client communication.

  • If the client failed to provide necessary assets (branding, video footage, access credentials, etc.).

  • If there is evidence of bad faith, abuse, or intent to exploit the guarantee.

  • If the client has submitted multiple refund requests from similar or related entities in the past.


5. Modification or Discontinuation

Creative Church Marketing reserves the right to:

  • Modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

  • Discontinue the First Month Guarantee offer for new clients at any time.

Changes to the terms will not affect clients already engaged under existing agreements, provided they remain compliant with the policy as outlined.


6. Disclaimer

Nothing in this policy shall be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of specific results. While we believe strongly in the effectiveness of our marketing systems, results may vary based on audience, location, church activity, and other external factors.

This guarantee is provided in good faith to reduce risk for first-time clients and to demonstrate our confidence in the services we deliver.
