Connect the church’s Facebook Page and the ad account that will run your ads. Your church keeps ownership, and your ad budget is paid directly to Meta.
Have your church’s account administrator complete this step. Use the Facebook profile with permission to share the church’s business assets. You will sign in through Facebook; never send us passwords or payment-card details.
Connect your church’s accounts.
Creative Church Marketing uses the Meta business portfolio name Upstate Digital Marketing. You may see that name during connection.

Open the connection tool below and sign into the Facebook profile that manages the church’s accounts.
Select the church’s Facebook Page and the correct ad account. Share only the assets relevant to this campaign.
Complete the requested connection steps. Your ad account will also need a valid payment method and no unresolved restriction preventing ads.
Return to the form below and tell us which assets you connected, or save that you need to finish later.
I’m missing access or the right account isn’t showing.
Check that you are using the correct Facebook profile and church business portfolio. If the Page or ad account belongs to a previous agency, ask its administrator to arrange the required access.
You can keep working on your videos while this is resolved. Do not delete an account or remove your current agency just to complete this step.
ONLY IF YOUR CHURCH NEEDS AN AD ACCOUNT
Create a church ad account.
Already have a church ad account? Connect that account above. If it is missing, fix access first. Only create a new account if you need one; it will stay owned by the church’s business portfolio.
Open Meta Business and choose your church’s business portfolio. If your church has no portfolio, choose Create business portfolio. Enter the church name, your name, and church/work email, then verify that email. Open Settings (sometimes called Business Settings).
Go to Accounts → Ad accounts → + Add → Create a new ad account.
Enter your church’s account name. Double-check the time zone and currency. Choose Next → My business and confirm your church’s portfolio is shown.
Review and agree to Meta’s terms and Advertising Standards, then choose Create ad account. Give yourself full control to manage it.
Choose Add payment info and add a valid payment method directly inside Meta. Meta charges this account for your ads.
Return to the connection tool above. Share your church’s Facebook Page and new ad account with us, then save your details in the form below.
If Meta does not let you create the account, tell us in the form below.
Submit the Page and ad account details after connecting, or tell us you need to return later. A submission lets us know what to check; access still needs to be verified.
Use the same email you used at signup. Submit the form to save your details. Only submitted information is saved; unsaved entries do not follow you to another device.
